Polished Plaster

Polished plaster, also known as Venetian Plaster, Marmorino or Stucco Veneziano, is one of the oldest decorative materials known to man, yet today it adds a unique style and richness of character to homes and commercial premises.

In addition, because it is water resistant, polished plaster is also widely used in bathrooms and kitchen areas, as well as patio areas and swimming pools.

An extensive range of textures and finishes is available, from the highly polished to pitted or textured, and with an almost infinite range of colours available, Effects Interiors offers a specialist colour matching service.

Styles include:
Marmorino – a fine stucco containing marble aggregates; Travertino – with its natural stone appearance;
Classic Polished Plaster – often referred to as Venetian plaster;
Stucco – which provides a glossy mirror-like finish.
